Tasnika Goorhoo is the Senior Technical Research Analyst within the Petrodata team at S&P Global, Upstream Solutions within the Commodity Insights business, based in South Africa. Tasnika’s expertise covers upstream oil and gas field development projects offshore Africa. She conducts technical and market research and analysis to assess past, current and future trends in offshore field projects, construction and wind vessels and floating production systems, market trends and contract awards. She was previously the West Africa and Mediterranean technical research analyst on the offshore supply vessel market. Tasnika has a BSc. in Chemical Engineering (Hons) degree from the University of Cape Town and is currently pursuing her PG Dip in Data Science from the University of Essex.
