Carole has worked 18 years in the oil and gas industry in different project phases from Conceptual studies to Operations. Out of those 18 years, she has spent more than 11 years physically on different operating Oil & Gas sites (including onshore fields, offshore platforms, FPU and FPSOs) focusing on the Safety & Integrity aspects of Operations, on reducing emissions and optimizing production. She is currently holding the position of FOPS Onshore Support Manager, supporting the Offshore activities for all technical aspects as well as following OPEX, CAPEX, production, and emissions forecast and developing projects to reduce emissions on the brown field asset.
