José Elias is an international business leader with a successful history in value creation, pioneering and turnaround. In a solid 31-year career, he has been leading Global Oil and LNG shipping business and FPSO portfolios and managing large organizations through difficult and successful times, currently being Managing Director at Altera Infrastructure Brazil. Graduated in Law from USP, he specialized in Business Administration & Management and in Project and Infrastructure Finance Program from IESE Business School and London Business School, respectively. His main goals are always connected to value creation through effective leadership, open communication, solid principles, and a keen interest in constant innovation.
