Luiz Henrique de Oliveira Bispo
Superintendent of Local Content Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP)Luiz Henrique de Oliveira Bispo is a chemical
engineer, graduated from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, master in
Chemical Processes and Biochemical Technology, also from the Federal University
of Rio de Janeiro. He has been working at the National Petroleum Agency since
2008 and has served as Chief of the Oil and Natural Gas Production Measurement
Supervision Nucleus as Deputy Superintendent of Development and Production, and
is currently Superintendent of Local Content.
