In a recent survey conducted by the FPSO Network, one in four respondents cited safety leadership as below par in their organisations.
One in eight claimed that safety culture was the greatest weakness in their company. Given that the main asset of any company is its people, and that health and safety practices are pivotal in ensuring the well being of both the company’s employees and its bottom line, these are truly concerning statistics.
